New phase released at Seven Hills site

Renaissance by Pardee Homes, a neighborhood in the Seven Hills community in Henderson, has released a new phase of homes, according to sales agent Cheri Warmoth.

"This newest release of homes features ... home sites up to approximately 15,000 square feet," Warmoth said. "It's a great opportunity for home buyers seeking the ultimate in indoor, as well as outdoor, spaciousness. Additionally, we have three home sites remaining in our previous phase that offer breathtaking views of the Las Vegas skyline."

The gated neighborhood features one- and two-story designs ranging from 2,726 to 4,670 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths and a three-car garage.

The single-story designs include options for two bedrooms with a den or optional suite, three bedrooms with a den, or four bedrooms.

Features include rotunda and courtyard entries, butler's pantries, fireplaces, high ceilings, and arched doorways. Kitchens come with ceramic-tile counter tops, oak cabinetry, pantries, five-burner cook tops, built-in microwave/oven combinations, dishwashers, and options for commercial appliances. Other options are also available.

The homes are built with energy-efficient features that merit the Energy Star seal and the ComfortWise designation.

Prices start from $274,450 to $369,950.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Grand Hills Drive, turn right and follow the signs. The models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.

A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, Seven Hills is located in the foothills near Black Mountain. The 1,300-acre community will comprise more than 3,000 homes including an estimated 300 custom homes. The master plan includes 25 neighborhoods, city and neighborhood parks, landscaped areas, and miles of trails and walkways.

Home prices start from the $140,000s to about $350,000. Buyers can choose from about 45 floor plans. Also available are custom-home sites priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

Other neighborhoods at Seven Hills are: Crescendo by Pardee Homes, Naples by Kimball Hill Homes, Palazzo Monte by U.S. Home, Meridiana by Trident Homes, Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, and Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes. Custom lots are available in the Venezia and Terracina neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp.

The community's sales pavilion, which can provide information on all homes and lots for sale, is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
