Sun City Anthem offers homes ready for move-ins

Del Webb is offering incentives on home purchases before year-end at Sun City Anthem, an age-qualified community in Henderson.

"This holiday season can bring huge incentives to buyers, with substantial discounts resulting in free options," sales manager Jim Bond said.

He said the community has inventory homes available for quick closings at a savings when buyers pay cash or finance through Del Webb Mortgage.

"People know they can trust the Del Webb name," he said. "Professional designers, an extensive and supportive staff, and the convenience of Del Webb Mortgage are all part of our one-stop-shopping approach."

A total of 19 floor plans are offered. Models range from 1,080 to 3,009 square feet and more through the community's Gold Key program.

Prices start from the high $130,000s to more than $500,000.

Homes available for move-in include the Anthem, measuring 3,009 square feet with two bedrooms, a den, great room, Nevada room, wet bar, three-car garage, golf cart storage area and covered patio. The home's base price is $331,850.

"There is one Anthem model available in an established neighborhood and several situated on a ridge overlooking the new Concord golf course canyon," Bond said.

Concord is the second of two 18-hole championship courses at the community.

The community also is home to the 75,000-square-foot Anthem Center.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway. Models are open daily from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
