Pulte projects open at Stallion Mountain

SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE

Stallion Mountain is a guard-gated community of "threes" -- three 18-hole championship golf courses and three Pulte Homes neighborhoods.

Located in the southeastern valley, the country club's landscaping includes numerous parks and gas lamplights in addition to attractive streetscapes.

"Stallion Mountain residents receive the full benefits of living within a guard-gated ... planned community while being surrounded by panoramic views of the rolling golf course and mountains, all at reasonable pricing to the home buyer," Jeff Galindo, general sales manager at Pulte, said. "This community is also unique as residents feel like they are in a world of their own ..."

Sales agent Annette Baity-Spotts said each neighborhood shares the greenery provided by the Stallion Mountain golf course, and that each offers "a little something different" as well.

"The Fairways are single-family, ranch-style homes; The Links offer a maintenance-free lifestyle; and The Greens are similar to The Fairways, but a bit more spacious," she said.

The Links has attracted singles and couples with its all-single-story floor plans ranging from 1,190 to 1,619 square feet with two to four bedrooms. Homes are priced from $140,990, and each features a two-car garage.

Central to The Links is a community swimming pool, private recreation center with exercise facility, and a park with gazebos and barbecues. Front-yard landscaping is maintained.

Sales agent Carol O'Connell said three homes are available at The Links for December move-in. All are the St. Andrews floor plan measuring 1,415 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths. These homes are priced from $157,290 to $161,260.

The Fairways is geared more toward people who prefer to spend time around the house, according to the builder.

It is comprised of all-single-story homes with three or four bedrooms and a two-car garage. Features include recreation and hobby room options, front-yard landscaping, a covered front porch and/or courtyard (per plan). Floor plans range from 1,531 to 2,300 square feet and are priced from $172,990.

One of the neighborhood's Forest Oaks plans can be ready for move-in next month. It has three bedrooms, a den and skylights and measures 2,126 square feet. The home is priced at $205,465.

The Greens features homes ranging from 2,476 to 2,881 square feet and priced from the $240,000s. Highlights include circular dining areas, casitas, great rooms and low dividing walls in living areas. Three-car garages are available as is a covered front porch and/or courtyard (per plan).

A single-story Bay Hills plan at The Greens is ready for move-in and located on a cul-de-sac. The 2,476-square-foot home features a courtyard entry and is priced at $262,895. Ready for move-in next month is a single-story Doral plan, which measures 2,726 square feet. It has a casita, upgraded flooring, and a kitchen appliance package. It is priced at $281,025.

All homes feature the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology. In addition to being recognized as EPA Energy Star Homes, Pulte Living Certified homes offer a two-year heating and cooling guarantee. Also included is a structured wiring system with a central hub.

The builder backs its homes with a 10-year transferable warranty.

To tour the model homes, take Interstate 515 to Flamingo Road, go east past Boulder Highway, then turn left into the community.

All sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.

Pulte Homes, the nation's largest home builder, is developing 12 subdivisions in Southern Nevada.
