Beazer Homes' properties situated near mountains

Beazer Homes' The View at Black Mountain and Hillcrest at Lone Mountain held grand openings last week. These subdivisions offer desirable locations, gated access, and several standard and optional features, according to sales agent Charlie Defreze.

"The homes at The View almost sell themselves," Defreze said. "When the backdrop is as picturesque as Black Mountain, and the lifestyle is relaxed and peaceful, there's little selling involved."

The View townhome development features two community pools with cabanas, children's areas and a gated entry. Homes offer two to four bedrooms and as many as 2 1/2 baths. The six single- and two-story attached floor plans measure from 1,032 to 1,800 square feet.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Gibson Road, head south to Horizon Ridge Parkway then go east.

Hillcrest is located near Lone Mountain, and has private exercise trails and a gated entry.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue, go west and follow the signs.
