Pinedale, Pinecrest open in Summerlin

The Pinedale and Pinecrest neighborhoods in Summerlin are ideal for active and growing families, according to builder KB Home.

"Pinedale and Pinecrest are popular communities with our home buyers due to the variety in floor plans," said Leah Bryant, president of the builder's Las Vegas division. "Our home buyers also enjoy the Summerlin location, with all the nearby conveniences from shopping to hiking."

Four models and seven floor plans are featured at the neighborhoods, ranging from 967 to 1,891 square feet and priced from the mid-$140,000s. The one- and two-story designs offer two to five bedrooms, two to three baths, and two-car garages.

Gramercy Park, a featured floor plan measuring 1,891 square feet, offers a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining room, living room and three bedrooms. The home's loft and den can be converted into bedrooms. Other options include a gas fireplace and covered patio. The home is priced from the $180,000s.

To visit the neighborhoods, take Interstate 215 to Sahara Avenue and go east, travel north on Town Center Drive, and turn right on La Madre Mountain Drive.

The model homes are open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Friday, when they open at 11 a.m.

The builder also offers the Homebuyers Club, which provides home buyers with credit reports, a review of their financial situations and credit counseling, if needed.

Home shoppers may visit the builder's home finding center, which offers information about the more than 20 KB Home neighborhoods throughout the valley.
