Palm Hills features two series of homes



The Palm Hills neighborhood by Rhodes Homes extends Henderson's recognition as a great place to call home, according to sales agent Carol Friedlund.

"Home buyers are thrilled to find an upscale Rhodes Homes community in Henderson," Friedlund said. "They know all about our homes at the upscale Rhodes Ranch community, but they are looking for something in Henderson. Palm Hills is that affordable upscale Rhodes Homes community near Black Mountain."

Two collections comprising six floor plans are featured.

The Gold Collection consists of Plan 1530, a single-story home priced from the low $180,000s with three bedrooms, two baths, a great room and optional den in 1,530 square feet; and the single-story Plan 1766, which offers three bedrooms and two baths in 1,766 square feet and is priced from the mid-$190,000s.

Priced from the mid-$220,000s is the two-story Plan 2640, which measures 2,640 square feet and comes with four to six bedrooms, three baths, a bonus room, and an island workstation in the kitchen.

The Platinum Collection offers three designs including the single-story Plan 2055, which contains three bedrooms, two baths, great room and an island workstation in the kitchen. The 2,055-square-foot design is priced from the low $200,000s.

Plan 3139 has four bedrooms with a first-floor master suite, 3 1/2 baths, a loft, island kitchen, three-car garage and a second master bedroom option. It is priced from the $270,000s.

Plan 4005 is priced from the $290,000s with five bedrooms, three baths, an owner retreat, loft, island kitchen and a three-car garage.

To visit, take Interstate 515 to Horizon Drive, head west to Horizon Ridge Parkway, turn south and follow the signs. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
