Anthem Country Club nears closeout
Only 17 new-home sites remain for sale in Del Webb's Anthem Country Club in Henderson. "This is Southern Nevada's best-selling country club community for people of all ages, so we expect these home sites to go fast," Jeb Koury, senior sales manager, said. In addition, there are 36 inventory homes available, including the models. "We released our 12 model homes and four of them sold immediately," Koury said, noting that the homes include various upgrades and are furnished and landscaped. The models are priced from the $400,000s to more than $1 million. They can be ready for occupancy within 30, 60 or 90 days. All of the custom-home sites have been released. "The last two custom lots are among the best we've ever had," Koury said. "The views are toward the city, as well as the golf course." Anchoring the course is a clubhouse with fine dining, a casual grill, board and meeting rooms, a pro shop, and member-only men's and women's golf locker rooms with private lounge areas. Equity golf membership is an option available to homeowners. The guard-gated community also offers a members-only restaurant, as well as an athletic club with fitness equipment, tennis courts, an aerobics studio, and basketball and volleyball facilities. Also featured are several pools, a spa and full-service salon. "Best of all is the backdrop of the mountains, golf course and the Las Vegas Valley," Koury said. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and follow the signs. The sales center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
