Pardee opens new phase at Manzanita

Pardee Homes of Nevada recently released a new phase of homes at Manzanita, a neighborhood in the Nevada Trails planned community in the southwestern valley, according to company executive Ray Landry.

The neighborhood offers four floor plans ranging from 1,429 to 2,566 square feet. Priced from $174,450, the homes feature as many as five bedrooms, two or three baths, and two- or three-car garages.

Plan One is a single-story home with three bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage measuring 1,429 square feet. It is priced from $174,450.

The single-story Plan Two offers three bedrooms, two baths and two-car garage with options for a den, fourth bedroom, master retreat and dining room. The home measures 1,519 square feet and is priced from $180,950.

Measuring 1,957 square feet, the two-story Plan Three features as many as four bedrooms and three baths, as well as a great room and island kitchen. It is priced from $192,950.

Plan Four is a two-story home with as many as five bedrooms, three baths and three-car garage in 2,417 or 2,566 square feet. It is priced from $212,950.

Designed and built for energy efficiency, the homes have earned the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label and the ComfortWise designation developed by ConSol energy consultants for exceeding national standards by at least 30 percent.

Nevada Trails features the Manzanita, Saddle Peak and Silver Tree neighborhoods. Plans also call for 13 acres of parks and 10 acres of trails.

The gated Saddle Peak neighborhood offers single-story homes priced from $255,200 to $274,700. Three floor plans ranging from 2,565 to 3,025 square feet feature as many as five bedrooms, three baths and three-car garages. Homes offer courtyard entries, island kitchens and a variety of options such as sunrooms, secondary suites and home office packages.

The Silver Tree neighborhood features four floor plans ranging from 2,000 to 3,844 square feet. Priced from $212,950 to $268,950, the homes include as many as seven bedrooms, four baths, and two- or three-car garages. All plans offer formal living and dining rooms, and family rooms or great rooms. Options include guest suites, bonus rooms, secondary suites and workshops.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Rainbow Boulevard, go one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right. The sales center is open from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.

Pardee has built more than 25,000 homes in Southern Nevada, and has also developed the Spring Valley, Rancho Las Palmas and Eldorado planned communities.
