Pardee reduces wait for homes at Talavera

Pardee's Talavera neighborhood in Eldorado Highlands, part of the Eldorado planned community, has homes ready for move-in, according to sales director Rob Tuvell.

"Talavera offers an attractive opportunity for families who don't want to wait, as well as for those who want to take the time to personalize their new home," Tuvell said.

Homes available include a Plan Two-A featuring three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. Measuring 1,569 square feet and priced at $145,950, the home will be available in November.

In September, a Plan Three-B will be available. The home, measuring 2,442 square feet, has four bedrooms, three baths, a bonus room and two-car garage. It is priced at $174,450.

Also available is a Plan Four-A home with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, den and three-car garage, The home measures 2,296 square feet and is priced at $173,950.

Four one- and two-story floor plans range from 1,383 to 2,296 square feet. Homes come with three to five bedrooms, family rooms, formal living rooms, and island kitchens in most plans.

Prices range from $139,450 to $173,950.

All of the homes are Energy Star certified for exceeding energy efficiency standards by at least 30 percent.

Talavera is home to Pardee's 50-Hour House, which will be built in 10-hour shifts from Sept. 30 through Oct. 4.

Models are featured in the Eldorado Highlands model park, which also showcases the homes offered in the Fontana and Mandevilla neighborhoods.

The community includes an elementary school, two city parks and a fire station.

To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte and head north. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.

Pardee Homes has been active since 1952 in Southern Nevada, where it has built more than 25,000 homes.
