Pulte unveils Sage Hills model homes

Pulte Homes has opened models at Sage Hills, a gated townhome development in Summerlin with amenities such as a swimming pool, spa and workout facility, as well as maintenance-free front-yard landscaping.

Homes are priced from $205,990 to $226,990.

The single-story floor plans measure from 1,251 to 1,613 square feet, and offer two or three bedrooms with a den and fourth bedroom option with attached two-car garage.

Sales manager Todd Hahn said many features are standard.

"... Features that our customers had to option in the past are now included in the base price of the home," Hahn said. "Since they are included in all of our Sage Hills townhomes, they become more affordable, therefore home buyers get more value for the money."

Standard interior features include a two-tone color scheme, ceramic-tile flooring, designer lighting including recessed lighting, ceiling fans, mirrored closet doors (per plan), laundry cabinets, cultured-marble surrounds in the master bath, and cultured-marble vanity tops in all baths.

The kitchens are equipped with a range, dishwasher, exterior vent microwave, side-by-side refrigerator, raised-panel cabinetry, and under-cabinet lighting.

In addition, each home includes a security system with one year of free monitoring service, prewiring for Leviton technology for high-speed Internet access, prewiring for theater-style surround sound in the great room, a garage door opener with a digital key pad entry, a covered rear patio and stuccoed eaves.

Sage Hills features Pulte's Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology. In addition to being recognized as Energy Star-certified, homes with this technology include a two-year heating and cooling guarantee.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue and go west. Proceed to Carriage Hill Drive, turn left, head to Park Vista Drive and turn left. The sales office is open from noon to 7 p.m. on Monday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
