Luxury housing: Christopher places models on market

Christopher Homes has models for sale at the Vineyards neighborhood in Summerlin, as well as at The Villas in the Southern Highlands Golf Club.

Three models are located at Vineyards, which is being developed in The Arbors village. Prices include all furnishings; customizing options; design appointments; and front, rear and courtyard landscaping.

At 3,409 square feet, the single-story Monticello model features three bedrooms plus a casita/studio and bath that overlook the courtyard and its fireplace. Also included is a covered patio and a spa. Interior highlights include a 12-foot by 17-foot great room with a pool table. The home is priced at $733,315.

The Cambria is a two-story home with four bedrooms, including a main-level master suite. There is also a library and 3 1/2 baths in the home's 3,809 square feet. Priced at $845,900, exterior highlights include a front porch, courtyard with fireplace, and a gated motor court. A swimming pool and pool house with full bath are also included.

Priced at $875,000, the two-story Rothschild model contains a master suite with a balcony providing a panoramic view of the city. The 3,886-square-foot home also has three secondary bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and a library. The exterior showcases a front-yard fountain and a gated motor court, in addition to a covered patio.

"Every aspect of each home reflects the highest level of luxury from beautiful stone flooring to the finest in counter surface materials, cabinetry, custom stone accents and unique design appointments," sales agent Cheryl Lee said.

Vineyards is a guard-gated neighborhood highlighted by fountain plazas. Homes measure from 3,072 to 5,000 square feet and are priced from the low $400,000s.

In addition to the models, several homes are under construction and can be ready for move-in during September.

Two furnished and decorated models are available at The Villas, a collection of detached courtyard homes.

At 2,760 square feet, the Erte model provides two bedrooms, an upstairs study and 3 1/2 baths. One bedroom and bath is located in a detached casita. Additional features include a courtyard with a spa and fireplace, two interior fireplaces and a wet bar. The price is $1,225,000.

The Britto model has three bedrooms, a third-floor study and 3 1/2 baths in 3,442 square feet. Highlights include a front courtyard, as well as an enclosed interior courtyard with a fireplace and spa. The home, which is priced at $1,204,000, also provides a wine room, two interior fireplaces, and a master suite with a wet bar. A two-car garage is also included.

The Villas offers seven designs, measuring from 2,100 to 3,300 square feet and priced from the high $300,000s to the mid-$800,000s.

To visit The Villas, take Interstate 15 to Lake Mead Drive then go west following the signs.

To visit Vineyards, take Summerlin Parkway west to Anasazi Drive, turn left, proceed to Banburry Cross Drive and turn right. At Laurelglen Drive, turn right. Or, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, exit east to Laurelglen Drive and turn left.

Both sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
