Turnberry Place, the $650 million high-rise development near the Strip, offers VIP services for residents, including limousines. The community will consist of four 40-story towers when complete. Towers One and Two are currently in operation. Ten floor plans ranging from 1,550 to 8,000 square feet are available. Residences are priced from $500,000 to more than $5.25 million. A 2,825-square-foot model residence that simulates the view from the 27th floor of the first and second towers is open for viewing. The office, located at 2777 Paradise Road north of Desert Inn Road, is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
