Pardee prepares for debut of Fiesta Del Norte
Pardee Homes is three weeks away from the grand opening of its newest neighborhood, Fiesta Del Norte, and has started an interest list for the all-single-story neighborhood in North Las Vegas. Located one mile north of its Fiesta neighborhood, its latest collection of homes is scheduled to open Sept. 20. Three new floor plans, in addition to the Fiesta Plan Four, will be featured. The 200-home neighborhood at Allen Lane and El Campo Grande Avenue will offer three- and four-bedroom homes measuring from 1,521 to 2,315 square feet with as many as three baths and three-car garages. "Fiesta Del Norte will offer buyers the opportunity to live in a community of all single-story homes, each backed with Pardee's Energy Star commitment," sales executive Rob Tuvell said. The Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label certifies a home is at least 30 percent more energy efficient than standard homes. In addition, homes feature spectrally selective glass that eliminates about 75 percent of the sun's ultraviolet rays, reducing energy use and preventing fabric fade, as well as sealed ducts that allow heating and cooling systems to work more efficiently. Additional information is available at Eldorado Highlands. To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte and proceed north to the community's entrance. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when the sales office opens at 11 a.m. Pardee has built homes for more than 25,000 families in Southern Nevada since 1952.
