Anthem Highlands' location, designs attract buyers

Pulte Homes' Anthem Highlands location and variety of available floor plans attracted Leo and Griselda Mendoza to the Henderson community.

"We were really impressed with the southeastern location of Anthem Highlands. It's a very popular, convenient area and we're happy that we'll be able to make it our new home," Leo Mendoza said. "That, combined with the wonderful selection of plans offered within the different collections, was a winning combination for us."

The Mendozas purchased a two-story 1629 model from the Dunbar Collection. The home features three bedrooms, as well as an upstairs master suite with a sitting area, a formal dining area and covered porch.

"We have two young children. Yovanka is 6 years old and Vitalia is 7, so we felt that this plan was the perfect size and layout for our family. The girls will each be able to have their own room, and Griselda and I look forward to enjoying the beautiful master suite and relaxing in the sitting area," he said.

Having worked with the builder in the past, the two said they believe it is one of the most respected home-building companies in the area.

"As a Realtor, I am very familiar with many builders in the valley area, and Pulte's high-quality construction, superior customer service and their overall commitment to professionalism is unmatched," Leo Mendoza said.

The Scottish Highlands-themed community features five collections of homes. More than 15 of the available designs will be represented with models, which are scheduled to open in September.

The Dunbar Collection offers two-story designs measuring from 1,629 to 1,923 square feet and priced from $245,990 to $265,990.

Four single-story floor plans ranging from 1,580 to 1,900 square feet are featured in the Buchanan Collection. Homes are priced from $262,990 to $284,990.

Single- and two-story plans ranging from 1,900 to 2,804 square feet highlight the Sinclair Collection. They are priced from $289,990 to $340,990.

Measuring from 1,976 to 2,655 square feet, the four single-story designs in the Lochwood Collection are priced from $340,990 to $382,990.

The Stonehaven Collection offers single- and two-story floor plans ranging from 2,843 to 3,483 square feet that are priced from $440,990 to $499,990.

All homes will feature the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living technology. In addition to earning the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label for being at least 30 percent more energy efficient than homes built to standard code, they offer a three-year heating and cooling guarantee.

At buildout, the 400-acre community will comprise about 1,500 homes.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.

The builder has more than 20 subdivisions in the valley and operates in more than 40 markets nationwide. Its Del Webb brand is a leading builder of age-qualified communities. It also has a mortgage division.
