Regency at the Lakes condos open

Furnished model homes are open for viewing at Regency at the Lakes, a condominium complex in the southwestern valley.

"The initial response to Regency at the Lakes has been outstanding," sales agent David Deal said. "The combination of location, luxury and affordability has really attracted a lot of attention."

Three plans are available, and offer two or three bedrooms. Prices start in the mid-$100,000s.

Two swimming pools are among the amenities, as are sun decks, a spa, barbecue grills and picnic areas. The clubhouse features a business center, kitchen, fitness center, redwood sauna, and a big-screen television lounge with theater seating.

"The recreational amenities and lush landscaping give a resort feeling and attractive atmosphere to the community," Deal said.

The condominiums feature garden patios with sliding doors; window seats; designer-selected carpeting; ceramic-tile and stone flooring in the entry, kitchen and baths; closets with mirrored doors and organizers; Roman tubs in the master baths; maple cabinetry; and granite counter tops in the baths.

Kitchen amenities include a range, oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, glass-block accents, and custom window treatments.

The 180-unit complex is located at 9325 W. Desert Inn Road, between Durango Drive and Fort Apache Road. The sales office and model homes are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
