Klaholz also represented Hughes Airport Center in its 72-month lease of 16,883 square feet at 6700 Paradise Road, Suite E, to Ninyo and Moore for $870,000. -- Cameron Wilson of Millennium Commercial Real Estate Services represented Data Doctors in its 60-month lease of 977 square feet at 55 S. Valle Verde Drive, Suite 225, from Paseo Verde for $118,372. -- E.J.
