-- Kirt Klaholz of Stoltz Management Co. represented Hughes Airport Center in its 60-month lease of 24,344 square feet at 839 Pilot Road, Suite C, to Franklin Machine Products for $750,000. Klaholz also represented Hughes Airport Center in its 72-month lease of 16,883 square feet at 6700 Paradise Road, Suite E, to Ninyo and Moore for

$870,000.

In another transaction, David Afromsky represented SCI C-1 Center in its 63-month lease of 4,233 square feet at 6330 S. Pecos Road, Suite 100, to Global Net Solutions for $299,569. Glen Estell represented Bedford Property Investors in its 36-month lease of 1,992 square feet at 5740 S. Arville St., Suite 202, to Lightelier, represented by Mike Lyons of NAI Horizon, for $68,844. Lisa Riggs represented Paradise Gardens Shopping Center in its 60-month lease of 840 square feet at 1131 E. Tropicana Ave., Suite F, to Come and See Shoe Repair for $82,101. Lyons also represented Blue Diamond FM in its sale of 7,785 square feet at Diamond Lane Industrial Park, located at 5860 La Costa Canyon Court, Building C, to Munoz Properties, represented by Murray J. McClelland of Power Realty, for $755,145. In another transaction, Chris Godino and Janet Goldstein represented both parties in Sahara-SAB's three-year, two-month lease of 1,120 square feet in Paseo Plaza, located at 2600 W.
