Stone Ridge offers condos

Pulte Homes offers a low-maintenance environment at its Stone Ridge condominium development in Peccole Ranch, according to the builder.
Six floor plans are offered, including a two-story model. Homes range from 1,056 to 1,554 square feet with two or three bedrooms, two baths, a one- or two-car garage, and a covered patio or balcony.
Prices start from the low $90,000s.
Community amenities include a gated entry, a clubhouse with an exercise facility, pool, spa and walking trails.
"This is the only community in the Peccole Ranch master plan where home buyers will find premier condominium living at an affordable price," Joe Whatley, vice president of sales and marketing, said. "Condo living allows people to own a higher-end, generously sized home with community and recreational amenities, but without heavy upkeep or maintenance."
Interiors feature vaulted ceilings in select plans, ceramic-tile entries and brass light fixtures. An appliance package is included.
To visit, take Sahara Avenue to Hualapai Way, go north and follow the signs.
The developer is also building townhomes at Cottonwood Terrace in Summerlin's The Arbors village. Floor plans range from 1,397 to 1,847 square feet and start in the low $130,000s. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, go south to Park Run Drive and follow the signs.
The sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.
