Desert Bloom floor plans cause indecision
Many prospective home buyers at Nigro Associates' Desert Bloom neighborhood face an interesting challenge, according to sales agent Joanie Eby.
"They like more than one of our six unique floor plans and are having a hard time deciding which one to buy," Eby said. "Right now, I have six couples who are in love with more than one of our floor plans and are trying to make a final decision. They know that Desert Bloom is exactly what they've been looking for in a new neighborhood, but when they have to choose a particular model, it's not an easy decision, as each home has such strong personality and appeal."
The neighborhood, located in Summerlin's The Arbors village, offers homes ranging from 1,100 to 1,650 square feet with two or three bedrooms. Several floor-plan variations are available.
Prices start from $119,490.
Interiors have great rooms, 9-foot ceilings, media niches, oak cabinets, ceramic-tile entries and counter tops, and raised-panel doors. Each home comes with front- and rear-yard landscaping.
Eby said buyers share one common characteristic. "They are looking for a convenient and basically maintenance-free lifestyle," she said. "Our initial buyers are primarily singles and couples of all ages. They are people who like our open spaces, green areas and lifestyle amenities, but would rather not have the responsibility of maintaining a yard or pool."
To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, go south to Alta Drive, then head west. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
