Custom-lot sales brisk at The Estates

     Sales and construction are continuing at a steady pace at The Estates at Seven Hills, according to Jack Christie, vice president of sales.
      Christie reports that six of the 20 available home sites in the recently-opened Venezia neighborhood have already been sold, more than 40 home sites have sold in the Terracina neighborhood, and the Rapallo neighborhood is completely sold out of 41 home sites.
      Construction of custom homes is progressing in both the Rapallo and Terracina neighborhoods, where several homes are valued at more than $1 million and a few measure more than 9,000 square feet.
      "Our sales have been excellent, and the grand opening of Venezia has enabled us to offer an even wider and more interesting selection of home sites," Christie said. "Among our series of distinctive custom neighborhoods, prospective buyers will find large lots with varied and appealing characteristics such as golf course, city or mountain views."
      At Venezia, prices range from $166,000 to $395,000 for a one-third to three-quarters of an acre home site. A few "dual pad" home sites are available.
      Home sites at Terracina range from 20,000 to 30,000 square feet and are priced from $185,000 to $750,000.
      A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, The Estates will contain 250 homes in a series of guard-gated neighborhoods at buildout.
      Rapallo has a view park, while Terracina features a 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground. Venezia has a park with a tennis court, playground and barbecue area.
      To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to the entrance of Seven Hills, which is west of Eastern Avenue.
      The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
