Park nearly completed at Roma Hills

Construction of a park at Roma Hills is nearing completion with the final selection of playground equipment.
The guard-gated neighborhood is being developed in the foothills of southern Henderson. Home sites, which will range from one-third acre to an acre, will offer a variety of views.
The neighborhood features landscaping, architecture reflecting an Italian influence, waterfalls and monuments that create a courtyard street scene. The park is complemented by walking trails.
Several custom-home builders have already begun construction on homes. Wellington Homes has two homes for immediate purchase.
Home site prices start at $130,000. Development plans include 144 home sites, with more than one-third of the lots already reserved.
This custom-home development is a joint venture between Builders and Developers Corp. of North America, an affiliate of the Triple Five group of companies, and DayCor Properties.
To visit, take Green Valley Parkway to Horizon Ridge Parkway, turn left and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
