Pardee offers fast move-ins at Riviera

     Pardee Homes has immediate availability at its Riviera neighborhood in Henderson, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales.
      The builder is offering as much as $5,000 in upgrades and special financing on select floor plans in the single-story neighborhood, which is located in Seven Hills.
      Three plans, ranging from 2,149 to 2,386 square feet, are available in nine exterior designs. Prices range from $174,450 to $188,950.
      Each floor plan offers kitchens with island workstations, ceramic-tile counter tops, pantries and an appliance package in a choice of colors.
      Interiors also include high ceilings, ceramic-tile or parquet entry flooring, and gas fireplaces in some plans.
      Owner suites feature separate tubs and showers with ceramic-tile surrounds, walk-in closets, dual sinks, separate toilets. ceramic-tile counter tops, and raised-panel closet doors.
      Exteriors feature concrete-tile roofs.
      An options consultant can assist buyers with design choices, such as crown molding, wood window casing, wood shutters, video entry system, entertainment center cabinets in family room and under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen.
      To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
