Pardee floor plan at Palacio offers optional balcony above front entry

     Pardee Homes' Plan Four at the Palacio neighborhood in Green Valley offers a balcony with a view from the front of the home in two of the exterior design options, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for the builder.
      "Situated above an elegant front entry way, the balcony can be accessed from an optional loft or secondary bedroom. Some call it a Juliet balcony," Landry said.
      Plan Four offers a choice of four bedrooms with a bonus room, 3 1/2 baths and three-car garage in 3,064 square feet, or five bedrooms and a game room in 3,367 square feet.
      Buyers can add a balcony with French doors or sliding glass door from the upstairs owner suite, hobby room, third-car garage, loft, bonus room or a second-floor game room.
      Standard interior detailing includes rounded corners, a choice of ceramic-tile or parquet entries, raised-panel closet doors in secondary bedrooms and walk-in closets in some bedrooms.
      Other options include a computer center with a desk, an entertainment center in the bonus room, glass blocks in the owner bath and kitchen, and French doors to the rear yard.
      Kitchens feature ceramic-tile counter tops, choice of cabinets, pantries and appliance packages.
      Owner suites include walk-in closets, raised-panel wardrobe doors, ceramic-tile counter tops, oak or white matte cabinets with concealed hinges, dual sinks and separate toilets in owner baths.
      The neighborhood offers four one- and two-story floor plans with 2,035 to 3,541 square feet, priced from $173,500 to $221,500.
