Parks central to Willow Grove
Willow Grove at Spring Mountain Ranch features a small park that is ideal for strolling, picnicking or simply enjoying the outdoors, according to Michael Cox, director of sales and marketing for Stanpark Homes.
"The (park) coupled with the large greenbelts create excellent buffers to distinguish our neighborhood," Cox said.
The park, adjacent to the planned development, is the first of 10 that are planned.
The neighborhood features four one- and two-story homes with as many as five bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,314 to 2,106 square feet. Prices start at $113,000.
Standard features include oak cabinets, dishwashers, gas ovens and ranges.

Rochelle Point offers four one- and two-story homes with as many as five bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,307 to 2,106 square feet. Prices start in the low $120,000s. To visit, take Flamingo Road west, turn left on El Captain Way and follow the signs.
Orchard Valley offers homes with 1,307 to 2,066 square feet and as many as six bedrooms priced from $119,000. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, turn right and follow the signs.
All models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
