Rhodes Homes announces grand opening of The Villas

Rhodes Homes has announced that the grand opening of The Villas, a southwestern valley development featuring single-story duplexes in the Rhodes Ranch golf course community, will take place Sept. 8.

"We were very surprised at how well people responded to our latest project," company founder and president Jim Rhodes said. "The southwest is fast becoming the hot spot in the Las Vegas Valley in terms of real estate. With our latest developments, we have offered affordable prices to home buyers who want to live in an exclusive, high-end neighborhood."

The new neighborhood will offer single-story townhomes, ranging from about 1,300 to 1,600 square feet. Prices start from the mid-$100,000s.

Amenities include a clubhouse, complete with a swimming pool, spa and barbecue pit.

"This area makes you feel like you live somewhere other than Las Vegas," Rhodes said. "People always think of the crowds of the Strip when they talk about the city. But out here, we're building a better Las Vegas, one where people enjoy meeting their neighbors, playing a round of golf and spending quality time with their families."

The Rhodes Ranch community also offers miles of walking trails and landscaping.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Sunset Road and follow the signs. The sales office will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
