Renaissance Pools impresses family with pool design

After thorough research, Maria and Joseph Meyer decided to take the plunge and purchase a prefabricated ceramic-epoxy pool from Renaissance Pools & Spas.

"Renaissance Pools came highly recommended from a good friend," Maria Meyer said. "We liked what we heard, especially regarding the ease of maintenance these pools offer. Upon having our own pool installed, we are very impressed by how easy it is to take care of."

Joseph Meyer, who is a union carpenter, said he knows of the problems that can arise when a pool is installed in a landscaped yard and was pleased with the Renaissance's 30-day installation process.

"They didn't destroy our yard and the crew was very respectful of how we wished to have the pool installed," Joseph Meyer said. "We are very happy with their work and how they cleaned up after each step of the process."

Maria Meyer was also impressed with the pool's smooth surface, which will provide a scratch-free environment for their children.

Renaissance Pools & Spas is the exclusive dealer for ceramic-epoxy pools built by Viking Pools Inc.

Several sizes of pools are available, ranging from "mini-pools" of about 10X16 feet to 45-foot "hotel-style" diving models. The price for fully-installed ceramic-epoxy pools ranges from about $16,000 to $32,000. Financing is available.

The company also offers special consultation for buyers who handle their own pool installation, which results in a 40 percent discount.

The company's two showrooms are located at 1245 N. Boulder Highway, one-half mile south of Sunset Road, and at 2180 W. Craig Road in North Las Vegas.
