Pardee Homes' Acacia provides move-in incentives

Builder offers buyers appliances, miniblinds

Acacia, a neighborhood within Pardee's Nevada Trails community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, offers move-in packages for a limited time, according to the developer.

The builder is providing appliance and miniblind packages on selected plans.

"Acacia offers home buyers great family friendly floor plans, including homes with an optional casita and distinctive courtyard entries," Pardee assistant vice president of sales Ray Landry said. "And, Acacia's location within our Nevada Trails master-planned community has made it a favorite among current residents looking to move up in the community."

Plan Three can be built with an optional casita, or with as many as five bedrooms and four baths.

"Acacia Plan Three really impresses our shoppers, who like the size of the home, which ranges from 2,734 to 3,055 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths and a loft plus the optional casita," Landry said.

"Additionally, Plan 3B includes a bonus room and balcony."

The home has an adjoining kitchen and family room, dining area or optional parlor, downstairs laundry and optional den in lieu of bedroom four.

Upstairs, the loft can be built as an optional fifth bedroom. Prices range from $518,700 to $533,700.

The two-story Plan Four measures 3,314 square feet and features 3 1/2 baths, a loft and a two-car garage with a swing garage.

Amenities include a curved staircase, dining room, family room, living room and kitchen, plus a downstairs bedroom suite with a walk-in closet and full bath.

Upstairs, the home has an open loft, laundry room, second and third bedrooms and master bedroom and master bath.

Plan 4A and 4B offer a front balcony while Plan 4C features stone veneer. Prices start from $562,700.

The single-story Plan One measures 1,990 square feet and features three bedrooms or optional den, two baths, two-car garage plus swing garage that can be built as an optional workshop. The price starts at $458,450.

Plan Two measures 2,459 square feet in a single-story design with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a den and three-car tandem garage with options for as many as five bedrooms and three baths. It is priced from $494,450.

All homes in Nevada Trails are Energy Star rated, featuring design and construction that use 30 percent less energy for cooling, heating and water heating than a standard home, according to the builder.

The community comprises a 10-acre park with basketball and tennis courts, playing fields, a playground, an exercise track and a picnic area. The trail system is landscaped with native and drought-resistant trees and plants.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Rainbow Boulevard, go one mile south to Robindale Road, turn right and follow the signs.

The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.

Pardee has constructed more than 30,000 homes in Southern Nevada since 1952.
