Creek Villas gives Realtors a chance to win a two-year Cadillac lease

Realtors have a chance to win a two-year lease on a new Cadillac STS when their clients buy a home at Canyon Creek Villas, a condominium community in the northwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley.

"At Canyon Creek Villas, we want Realtors to know that we truly appreciate that they bring their clients to our community," sales agent Marie D'Amico said. "In addition to helping their clients find a great new home, we want them to enjoy the benefit of having the chance to win a new car."

The complex opened last month and its first phase of 52 homes is expected to be completed next year, according to D'Amico.

She said the Cadillac contest began about two weeks ago and Realtors are granted one entry per home sold at the community. The competition is running concurrently with another promotion that gives home buyers a chance to win three years' worth of free mortgage or rent payments.

"When we opened sales at Canyon Creek Villas, we wanted to create a level of excitement that was unprecedented among other communities in this market," D'Amico said. "We really believe in the high quality of the homes that we're offering here, and wanted to get our first sales phase off to a very strong start."

The complex offers two floor plans -- the 1,069-square-foot Willow, which includes two bedrooms and two baths, and the 1,206-square-foot Arroyo, which has three bedrooms and two baths.

The designs come with two-toned paint, stainless steel appliances and fireplaces in select models.

Amenities include two heated swimming pools, one of which includes a rock feature, three Jacuzzis and a fitness center. Landscaping in the 13-acre subdivision includes pine and olive trees and flowers.
