Del Webb is introducing its newest community, The Villas at Solera, a neighborhood of attached patio homes within Solera at Anthem set to be previewed on Sept. 2 from 9 to 10 a.m.

This will be the first time floor plans and pricing will be released to the public. Home purchase opportunities will commence the following day on Sept. 3.
According to sales manager Christine Lewis, the community of single-family, one-story attached homes generally includes a closed-in yard or patio, creating the term "patio home" to describe the units in the age-qualified development.
"The Villas at Solera will feature its own gated entrance, maintained landscaping and shared usage of all the recreation and social opportunities that Solera at Anthem has to offer," Lewis said.
A pre-sales seminar will be held Sept. 2. Information provided will include initial pricing, floor plans, featured amenities, community concept information, home owners association information, community home site map, sales release information and other details.
The community offers two patio home designs, ranging from 1,519 to 1,590 square feet. The homes will be available in two-unit and three-unit buildings, each offering the choice of two exterior elevations as well as a range of color schemes.
