The custom-home sites within the Seven Hills community in Henderson feature city, golf course and mountain views. They are located in guard-gated neighborhoods and measure as large as an acre. Prices range from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

More than 200 custom-home sites have been sold, and more than 120 custom residences are built, under construction or in the architectural review process.

The enclaves feature landscaped areas, a private view park, a private 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

Four city parks are located within Seven Hills. Each is designed to complement the desert terrain. Among them are basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball quads, and playgrounds.

The community's developer is Silver Canyon Partnership.

To visit the sales pavilion, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue, go south to St. Rose Parkway, go west to Seven Hills Drive, and then head south. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
