Sunset Ridge features single-story designs

Pulte Homes' Sunset Ridge offers single-story designs in the Ridgebrook village in Summerlin. Priced from $189,990 to $214,990, the floor plans range from 1,481 to 1,881 square feet.

"Sunset Ridge offers numerous features that are included in these homes, making them much more affordable," sales manager Todd Hahn said. "In addition, home buyers have easy access to the great amenities in Summerlin, the new Ridgebrook Park and plenty of outdoor lifestyle activities."

The interiors include ceramic-tile entries, rounded corners, walk-in closets in master bedrooms, and 9-foot ceilings. The kitchens offer gas ovens/ranges, dishwashers and microwaves.

Other included features are covered front entries or courtyards (per plan), stuccoed eaves, front-yard landscaping with irrigation stubbed to the back yard, optional dens in select plans, and great rooms.

Two floor plans are available for September occupancy -- the 1653 plan and the 1881 design.

The 1653 plan offers 1,653 square feet, three bedrooms, granite kitchen counter tops, marble bath counter tops, soft-water loop, and gas grill stub. It is priced at $210,940.

The 1881 plan measures 1,881 square feet and features three bedrooms, white-on-white gas appliances, marble bath counter tops, soft-water loop, and gas grill stub. It is priced at $221,540.

The homes offer Pulte's Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology and have earned the Energy Star seal for exceeding national energy-efficiency standards by at least 30 percent. They offer a two-year heating and cooling guarantee.

To visit, take the Interstate 215 to Town Center Drive and go north. Turn left on Desert Inn Road and travel west across the interstate, following the signs.

The sales office is open from noon to 7 p.m. on Monday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
