KB Homes introduces new series in northwest
A classic car show and live entertainment will highlight the grand opening of KB Homes' Lone Mountain Classics, the third in a series of homes at its northwest Las Vegas neighborhood. Ten one- and two-story plans ranging from 2,616 to 4,035 square feet are available at the neighborhood. The homes feature from three to seven bedrooms, 2 1/2 to four baths, and three- or four-car garages. Homes on 14,000-square-foot lots are offered. Prices start in the $260,000s. The community features the builder's largest floor plan, the Casablanca, which measures 4,035 square feet. The two-story design has four bedrooms, three baths, a bonus room, retreat and three-car garage. Available options include a covered patio, balcony and additional bedrooms. The home is priced from the $300,000s. Homes include cultured-marble vanity counter tops in the baths and raised-panel doors. In addition, each home is plumbed for a soft-water loop, wired for an alarm system, and has ground-mounted air conditioning. Some plans offer optional courtyards. The gated community, which includes the Lone Mountain Ridge and Lone Mountain Heights series, features gas street lamps. Lone Mountain Heights offers nine one- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 2,022 to 4,035 square feet and priced from the high $190,000s. Lone Mountain Ridge has five floor plans, ranging from 1,384 to 2,523 square feet and priced from the $140,000s. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue, go west to Durango Drive, go north to Alexander Road, turn west and go past Jensen Street to the community. Or, take Interstate 215 to Cheyenne Avenue, go east to Grand Canyon Drive, go north to Alexander Road, and turn west to the community. The builder offers one-stop shopping at its KB Home Studio, a 22,000-square-foot design center. A Homebuyers Club offers potential buyers credit reports and credit counseling, if needed. A home finding center helps clients select a home from the builder's more than 20 neighborhoods. In its last fiscal year, the company completed 24,868 homes in the United States and France. It also operates a full-service mortgage company.
