Stanpark adds park to Monument

Stanpark Homes anticipates completion in September of a new 5-acre park at its Monument at Lone Mountain community in the northwestern valley. The park will be open to the public.

"This park will add to the sense of community here and will be a great place for residents to walk, jog or just relax with friends and family," said Michael Cox, director of sales and marketing.

Amenities at the park will include a playground, walking trails, barbecues and gazebo.

The gated community offers eight single- and two-story floor plans within its two neighborhoods: The Summit and Crescendo.

The Summit's floor plans range from 1,379 to 2,461 square feet and start from the $150,000s. Homes offer as many as four bedrooms, master suites, great rooms and three-car garages.

Homes in the Crescendo series measure from 1,949 to 3,634 square feet with prices starting from the $180,000s. Designs with as many as seven bedrooms and four-car garages are offered.

The builder is offering special incentives on several homes that will be ready for occupancy within 30 days.

The builder offers programs for home buyers including one to help them sell their current homes, and a 1 percent discount on closing costs with use of an approved lender.

To visit, take Interstate 215 or U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue, go west and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
