Richmond unveils Civano at Southern Highlands



Richmond American is pre-selling homes at its Civano neighborhood in the Villages at Southern Highlands in the southwestern valley.

Six designs are available and offer a choice of exterior stone accents. Homes are priced from the $210,000s.

A grand opening celebration, complete with refreshments, is slated for Saturday, Sept. 27.

The single-story Verdi measures 1,628 square feet and offers three bedrooms, two baths and an optional attic loft.

Measuring 1,780 square feet, the Rozé features three bedrooms and two baths. Its optional attic loft can be converted into one or two additional bedrooms, as can the loft in the Verdi design.

Flexibility is key to the 1,985-square-foot Lanier. The two-story home has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. As many as five bedrooms, four baths and a loft are optional.

The Lauro is a two-story design measuring 2,189 square feet. It offers four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, while a third-story attic loft is optional.

The two-story Bach measures 2,319 square feet with four bedrooms and three baths. A casita or attic loft are optional, and other configurations offer as many as six bedrooms and four baths.

Measuring from 2,725 to 3,279 square feet, the Mozart is a flexible two-story design. It offers four bedrooms and three baths, but can be customized to include a studio above the garage, a cabana and a super family room.

Upon buildout, the neighborhood will have 129 homes.

Homes at the Villages are priced from the $160,000s to the $600,000s.

Community maps are available at all model villages.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit and head west.
