Richmond's Madera models on market

Richmond American Homes is offering five model homes for sale from the Italian Renaissance and Mediterranean collections at its Madera neighborhood in North Las Vegas.

The models have professionally designed interiors and upgrades including custom paint and wallpaper, energy-conservation packages, upgraded electrical packages and landscaped yards.

Three models are available for immediate occupancy from the Italian Renaissance collection.

Measuring 1,200 square feet, the Milan is a single-story design with two bedrooms, a den, two baths and a two-car garage. Priced at $174,990, the home features upgraded carpet, wood laminate flooring and raised-panel cabinets.

The single-story Naples model is priced at $185,990. It has two bedrooms, a den and two baths. Highlights of the 1,313-square-foot home include upgraded carpet, Silestone counter tops, raised-panel maple cabinets and upgraded appliances.

The largest design in the collection is the 1,589-square-foot Palermo, priced at $191,990. The single-story home has three bedrooms, two baths, formal living and dining rooms, a family room and two-car garage.

Additional features in the home include upgraded flooring and carpet, raised-panel cabinets, and Corian kitchen counter tops and sink.

Two models from the Mediterranean collection will be ready for move-in later this month or in September.

Priced at $259,990, the 2,382-square-foot Barcelona is a three-bedroom, three-bath residence with a den, loft and two-car garage. The two-story floor plan is accented with wood flooring and carpet, a covered porch, upgraded balustrade and white kitchen cabinets.

Five bedrooms, a loft, super family room and three baths highlight the Sevilla model. Priced at $294,990 and measuring 2,827 square feet, the home has upgraded carpet and wood flooring, maple kitchen cabinets and upgraded appliances.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, go west to Camino al Norte and turn north. Proceed to Washburn Road and go west.

Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday and Friday, when they open at noon.
