Pulte to unveil new park in Silverstone RanchSPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE
Silverstone Ranch will be a hub of activity today as Pulte Homes debuts a new 6-acre park at the golf course community in the northwestern valley. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., visitors can enjoy festivities such as a "Home Safety Day" event featuring safety tips provided by Clark County fire inspectors, kids' activities and refreshments. In addition, a fire truck will be on display and firefighters will hand out free fire hats to children, while supplies last. Ident-A-Kid will also be on-site to provide free fingerprinting for the first 100 children in attendance. Guests also can enter a raffle for various prizes with proceeds benefiting the Southern Nevada Burn Foundation and the Certified Residential Specialists of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors. "We have some exciting activities planned today," said Randy Char, sales manager for Pulte Homes. "The new family park is just one of the many amenities to come at Silverstone Ranch." The park includes gazebos, tennis courts, a playground and walking trails. In addition, buyers who purchase a new Pulte home today are eligible for a Preferred Silverstone Golf Club Membership. The offer is for a limited-time and restrictions apply. On-site sales agents can provide details. Additionally, each guest who registers at Silverstone Ranch today, will receive a two-for-one round of golf at Silverstone Golf Club, a championship golf course comprised of three nines. Anchoring the course is a 34,000-square-foot clubhouse that offers fine dining and is available for special events. Silverstone Ranch will comprise several collections of homes, including townhomes. Eighteen of 20 floor plans are available for viewing. Residences measure from 1,520 to 3,448 square feet. Prices start from $203,990 to $444,990. Each home is Energy Star certified and built with Pulte's Platinum Plus Series Environments for Living technology. A three-year heating and cooling guarantee is included. Several amenities are planned among the various neighborhoods, including parks, basketball and tennis courts, playgrounds and arbors. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, turn right and proceed to Grand Teton Drive and turn right. Proceed to Buffalo Drive, turn left and follow the signs. The information center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
