Christopher Homes: Six custom lots remain in Bellacere

There are several advantages to purchasing one of the six remaining custom-home sites in the Bellacere neighborhood in Summerlin, according to Mark Stuhmer, vice president of Christopher Homes' custom division.

"First, Bellacere offers the last opportunity to purchase a home site and build a custom home along the championship TPC at The Canyons golf course," Stuhmer said. "Secondly, our final phase at Bellacere features some of the most dramatic home sites in the entire neighborhood. The guard-gated neighborhood, located within The Canyons village, is comprised of residences valued from roughly $750,000 to more than $4 million. The lots measure from about one-third acre to one-half acre. There will be 56 homes at buildout.

Buyers can choose a home site in one of the builder's custom neighborhoods or have their home built on their own home site anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley.

"If a custom-home client already owns a home site, we can build their custom home on the site for as little as $115 per square foot, if they utilize one our existing plans," Stuhmer said.

The builder will also construct a custom home based on plans prepared by the client's choice of architect.

To visit Bellacere, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, head south to Alta Drive then go east. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Monday, and by appointment on Tuesday and Wednesday.
