Groundwork advances at Mountain's Edge More than $36 million in infrastructure work is under way at Mountain's Edge, a 3,000-acre master-planned community in the southwestern valley. Focus Property Group, the master developer, has arranged for 10 miles of sewer lines; five miles of water pipelines; a 200-acre regional flood control detention basin; three miles of power and telephone infrastructure; one mile of high-pressure gas lines; a power substation; a regional recreation center; and funding for a future fire station.
