Boca Raton Condominiums, a mid-rise project being built at Las Vegas Boulevard and Serene Avenue, has reported brisk sales.
Two of the development's four buildings have been released for sale, each of which is about two-thirds sold.

Units range from 593 to 2,400 square feet and start in the low $300,000s. Available plans include one- and two-bedroom Casita suites, Penthouses, and two-story Caravella designs with private, street-side entrances.
Phase one of the $400 million project is set for completion in mid-2006, with the first 172 of 756 units available for occupancy. A 10,000-square-foot clubhouse also is planned for the first phase.
A model Casita suite is featured in the sales center. It showcases the unit's kitchen appliances and bath fixtures, as well as upgrades and options.
The sales center is located at 2475 W. Serene Ave.
