Residences posts brisk condo sales

Units at the Residences at MGM Grand sell quickly because of the condominium-hotel's proximity to the Las Vegas Strip, according to Dan Riordan, sales director.

"Not only will residents have convenient access to some of the country's best entertainment, dining and shopping, they will be connected via an enclosed moving walkway to the MGM Grand."

Studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom combination suites are available, priced from $550,000 to more than $2 million.

"Many find the two-bedroom combination suite most appealing because the extra space comes in handy for visiting family and friends," Riordan said.

Units will be fully furnished, from linens to tableware.

All three towers will feature 24-hour front desk and concierge services, and residents will have access to fitness centers and swimming pool complexes, as well as the resort's amenities.

Two towers are under construction, with the first set for completion in June 2006.

A two-bedroom model is open for viewing at the sales office in MGM Grand's Studio Walk, located at 3799 Las Vegas Blvd. South. It is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
