Club Aliante's sales exceed expectations

Sales at Del Webb's new Club Aliante in North Las Vegas have exceeded company expectations. Since opening in May, 100 home sites have been sold within the guard-gated, all-ages community that is part of the Aliante master plan.

"This community promises to be the jewel of the Aliante master plan with its location, architectural uniqueness and premier amenities," senior sales manager Jeb Koury said.

Five floor plans, each with a covered patio and three-car garage, are available.

Sagecrest is a single-story design measuring 2,168 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths. It is priced from the $540,000s.

At 2,576 square feet, Amberly is a single-story plan with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It is priced from the $560,000s.

Also a single-story home, Mesa Rose measures 2,714 square feet and is priced from the low $600,000s. It includes three bedrooms, three baths, and a den or optional fourth bedroom.

Sunstone is a 3,630- square-foot two-story design. Highlights include a main level master suite, three secondary bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, and a loft or optional fifth bedroom. It is priced from the high $710,000s.

The two-story Sandalwood measures 3,665 square feet. It has four bedrooms, four baths, and a den or optional fifth bedroom. It is priced from the $690,000s.

Features include 2X6 construction on exterior liveable walls. Additionally, all homes merit the Energy Star label and incorporate Environments for Living technology. They also offer a three-year heating and cooling energy-use and comfort guarantee.

Central to the community will be a 5,200-square-foot fitness and recreation center that is expected to open by late spring 2005.

The sales center is next-door to the sales center for the builder's Sun City Aliante community. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Proceed to the Aliante Parkway exit then go north. Hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
