Pulte showcases Aliante designs

Pulte Homes hosted a "dusty shoe" tour for realty agents Thursday evening, showcasing its four neighborhoods within the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

More than 150 people attended "Hot August Nights," which also featured refreshments, entertainment and drawings for five gift baskets valued at $500 each.

Pavona offers three two-story designs ranging from 1,629 to 1,923 square feet, and priced from the $380,000s.

Treviso, which features all single-story homes, has four floor plans ranging from 1,976 to 2,694 square feet. They are priced from the $550,000s.

Salerno features three single-story designs ranging from 1,671 to 1,900 square feet, and priced from the low $400,000s.

The builder recently introduced Terrasini, a gated condominium development, which offers four floor plans ranging from 856 to 1,525 square feet. They are priced from the mid-$170,000s. Development amenities will include a pool, playground, basketball courts and open spaces.

All of the homes exceed the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star requirements. In addition, the builder's homes at Aliante incorporate the Platinum Plus level of Environments for Living technology and offer a three-year heating and cooling energy-use and comfort guarantee. Select communities offer 2X6 construction on exterior livable walls.

Amenities within the master plan include myriad recreational facilities, such as the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park and 18-hole municipal Aliante Golf Club, as well as special events.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Proceed to the Aliante Parkway exit then go south. Sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.

The builder offers 23 new-home subdivisions in the Las Vegas Valley.
