Pulte adds to project lineup

Presales are under way for two new Pulte Homes projects: Terrasini, a gated condominium development at Aliante in North Las Vegas and Westchester Hills, which is located in the southwestern valley. Both offer all-new floor plans from the builder.

Terrasini has four designs available, ranging from 856 to 1,525 square feet and priced from the mid-$170,000s.

Amenities are planned to include a swimming pool, playground and basketball courts.

Aliante is already home to a 20-acre park with a lake, playground, water-play area, soccer fields, lighted tennis courts, a volleyball stadium, an arroyo and the public Aliante Golf Club.

Terrasini complements the builder's four other new neighborhoods at Aliante: Serenata, Salerno, Treviso and Pavona.

To visit Aliante, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Proceed to the Aliante Parkway exit, turn south and follow the signs.

Westchester Hills is located near Durango Drive and Blue Diamond Road. Three two-story floor plans are available, and measure 1,546 to 1,848 square feet. Prices start from the mid-$220,000s.

Presales information can be obtained at the builder's Anthem Highlands sales center in Henderson. To get there, take Interstate 215 east to Eastern Avenue, turn right and proceed to Anthem Parkway. Make a left onto Anthem Parkway, then drive six miles to Bicentennial Road and turn left. Go to Anthem Highlands Drive and turn left. Turn left again at Baird Drive, then right at Blair Castle Street.

"It's a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of these communities," said Susan Allen, general sales manager.

The builder's sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.

Pulte Homes offers more than a dozen other neighborhoods in Southern Nevada.
