Nigro Associates' Marbella debuts with rave reviews

     The recent grand opening of the model homes at Marbella was an overwhelming success, drawing hundreds of visitors and resulting in many sales, according to Todd Nigro, vice president of Nigro Associates.
      "We were busy during presales, but the official opening of our model homes took us right over the top," Nigro said. "Our extensive research and vast creative resources have resulted in a new neighborhood that offers home buyers more luxury, convenience and features for their money."
      Marbella is an enclave of 96 homes in Summerlin. Floor plans range from 1,571 to 1,993 square feet with three bedrooms. Prices start from the low $140,000s.
      Construction has begun on the first homes, which are expected to be ready for occupancy in September.
      Neighborhood amenities include a grand entry and landscaped open space areas, including a park.
      Home interiors include light fixtures, great rooms, nine-foot ceilings in select areas, ceramic-tile entry flooring, and raised-panel doors.
      Kitchens provide ceramic-tile counter tops, oak cabinets in a choice of finishes, pantries and appliance packages.
      Owner suites, per plan, include high ceilings, walk-in closets, oak cabinets, cultured-marble vanities, and ceramic-tile tub and shower surrounds.
      Front-yard landscaping is included. Covered entries and courtyards are featured in some plans.
      To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, head south to Alta Drive, turn west and follow the signs. The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
