Renaissance built with Old World style
Pardee Homes added Old World architectural design in the single-story Cellini model at Renaissance in Seven Hills. The single-story home measures 2,726 square feet, and can be expanded to 2,900 square feet.
"Dramatic architecture remains consistent in the Cellini plan with graceful columns and archways, and rotunda entry into the owner's suite," Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales, said. "Designed for entertaining, the (home) offers an elegant living and dining room combination with beautiful columns to create a subtle division between the two rooms."
The kitchen and family room are adjacent, and picture windows extend across rear of the home.
The home can be built with three bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage; or two bedrooms with an optional suite and den, and two- or three-car garage in its expanded form.
"Renaissance includes the largest and most finely appointed homes Pardee has built in the Las Vegas Valley on premium property," Landry said.
Four single- and two-story floor plans are available, ranging from 2,700 to 4,600 square feet. Prices start from $256,950 to $331,950, excluding lot premiums for specified home sites.
Optional designs include additional bedrooms, bay windows, French doors at courtyard entry, wrought-iron balustrades on staircases, lofts, dens, game rooms, bonus rooms, a bar off the family room in one plan, and a wraparound balcony in another model.
Buyers can choose options and upgrades at the builder's design center.
Kitchens feature ceramic-tile counter tops, oak- or white-matte finish cabinets, pantries, five-burner cook tops, built-in microwave/oven combination, and dishwasher in white or black. Kitchens also can be expanded to accommodate commercial-grade appliances.
"Pardee is continuing its tradition of building energy-efficient, money-saving homes with Renaissance," Landry said. "Pardee is including features that meet the very highest standards of energy efficiency to merit the coveted Energy Star seal and the ComfortWise desig- nation."
The benefits of such a designation include a decrease in ultraviolet light through special glass windows that reduce fabric fade; cost savings in utilities; and noise reduction due to the vinyl framed windows.
To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Proceed to Grand Hills Drive, turn right and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
