Christopher offers sneak peak of The Villas

Prospective home buyers are invited to take a sneak preview of the models at The Villas, Christopher Homes' newest neighborhood within the Southern Highlands Golf Club in the southwestern valley.

According to sales agent Terri Pickering, excitement for the Sept. 1 grand opening of the detached single-family neighborhood is mounting.

"The Villas has introduced a fresh new concept in single-family living and luxury-home buyers are taking notice. Christopher Homes identified a strong need in this market for a single-family neighborhood that is conducive to the lifestyle of active singles and couples, as well as second-home buyers," Pickering said.

"The result is a collection of elegant, detached homes in a magnificent country club setting. The emphasis is on lifestyle, where a person can come home, have dinner delivered from the clubhouse, enjoy a swim or a tennis match, arrange for a massage, or simply relax and enjoy the golf course views from their own covered patio."

Priced from the mid-$300,000s to mid-$800,000s, the neighborhood offers 143 homes in seven designs, measuring from about 2,100 to more than 3,300 square feet. Pickering said lower introductory pricing is being offered.

Surrounded by the Southern Highlands Golf Course, the neighborhood offers several cul-de-sac lots with views of the golf course, city and mountains.

Each home features a courtyard with an optional fireplace, a backyard terrace, covered patio, granite kitchen counter tops, and structured wiring.

Design options include expanding one-story plans to two stories and two-story designs with a third level; two-floor casitas; game rooms; and secondary owner suites. The builder's design center is available to buyers.

Christopher Homes provides each buyer with a social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval.

Planned amenities include a guarded entrance, roving security, a concierge, a sports and fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts and a 42,000-square-foot clubhouse.

To visit, take Interstate 15 south to the Lake Mead Drive exit and go west, following the signs. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
