PHOTO: Beltway opens Summerlin style
Four Summerlin tennis players, all participants in Nevada Tennis Association's Future Stars program, recently participated in the opening of Interstate 215 from Summerlin Parkway to Cheyenne Avenue. Tom Warden, vice president of community relations for The Howard Hughes Corp., center, poses with tennis players, from left, Virginie Rodriguez, Eric Herzfeld, Adam Beck and Aurelie Rodriguez. The four, along with Clark County Commissioner Erin Kenny, Las Vegas City Councilwoman Lynette Boggs-McDonald and Las Vegas City Councilman Michael Mack, participated in a competition at the tennis-themed celebration hosted and underwritten by The Howard Hughes Corp. in conjunction with Clark County.
