Stonehaven sales reach halfway mark

Stonehaven, a neighborhood located within the MacDonald Highlands golf course community in Henderson, has quickly reached the halfway point in sales, according to Toll Bros. Inc., the builder.

The neighborhood, which will comprise 59 homes upon completion, features three models.

Measuring 2,930 square feet, the single-story Bellisle features a radius-coffered ceiling in the entry, and a great room with a media niche and fireplace. The home also offers an island workstation, nook and pantry in the kitchen; category 5 wiring, and a separate patio outside the owner suite. It is priced from $422,975.

The two-story Haddington, measuring 4,350 square feet, features four bedrooms, a courtyard, turret entry, kitchen with a pantry, and separate office and computer rooms. Its owner suite includes two walk-in closets, dual vanities and a spa. Prices start at $474,975.

Priced from $459,975, the 4,100-square-foot Edinburgh plan offers three bedrooms, including a first-floor owner suite with a retreat, dual vanities, and a separate shower and tub. A walk-through butler's pantry leading to the formal dining room is located off the island kitchen. The home also has a computer loft.

Homeowners have access to the amenities of MacDonald Highlands, including lighted tennis and basketball courts; five miles of hiking, biking and walking trails; three parks; and a community center with exercise facilities and swimming pool.

The DragonRidge Golf and Country Club is also located within the community.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Valle Verde Drive, turn south and enter through the guard gate. The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
