Anthem Country Club provides quick occupancy

Buyers need not wait when purchasing an inventory home at Del Webb Corp.'s Anthem Country Club in Henderson. Offering quick occupancy, the homes are designed by the builder's professional interior designers.

"Moving into a new home can be long process, and some families can't wait. We have a range of inventory homes available just for these home buyers," Bob Rademacher, vice president of sales and marketing, said.

One of the homes available is the 2,463-square-foot Rhapsody plan in the Rock Hollow neighborhood, which is near the community's clubhouse and athletic club. Facing west and backing up to open space and mountainous terrain, the home features three bedrooms, two baths, formal living and dining rooms, a family room, and breakfast nook.

"Our designers have chosen smart upgrades on this home. The design selections will complement practically any décor," Rademacher said.

In the kitchen, designers selected maple cabinets, upgraded appliances, and granite slab counter tops. The home also includes ceramic-tile flooring in baths, upgraded carpeting and tile, home theater prewiring, and upgraded interior paint.

Membership is included with the purchase of a home and provides access to dining facilities, an athletic club with exercise equipment, a salon and spa, tennis courts, resort-style pool, sand volleyball court, day-care facility, aerobics classes, and personal trainers.

Anthem Country Club is part of Del Webb Corp.'s Anthem master-planned community and features a 7,300-yard, par-72 championship golf course designed by PGA golfer Hale Irwin and architect Keith Foster. Equity and executive golf memberships are available.

Twenty floor plans are available, ranging from 1,275 to 4,000 square feet and priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

Custom-home sites are priced from $459,000 to $654,000 and located within gated neighborhoods within the guard-gated community.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue and proceed south, about three miles past St. Rose Parkway. The sales center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
