-- Grubb and Ellis' Patrick Foley represented C&O Developers in their sale of 4.3 acres at 5501 E. Owens Ave. to Gray Grizzly, represented by Richard Boutas of Americor Realty, for $355,000. Michael Kammerling and Nelson Tressler represented City Stop II in its seven-year lease of 2,067 square feet at 971 S. Boulder Highway in Henderson to Domino's Pizza, represented by Lisa Hauger of MDL Group, for $297,689. Kammerling and Tressler also represented City Stop IV in its seven-year lease of 2,167 square feet at 620 Farm Road to Domino's Pizza, again represented by Hauger of the MDL Group, for $282,775.
