    Green Valley center adds new component

    Long known as a hub for retail, restaurant and entertainment, the 70-acre Green Valley Town Center on Sunset Road and Green Valley Parkway continues to add new structures and attractions. The most recent addition is a 55,000-square-foot building in phase three designed in a post modern style, according to Richard Green, vice president of leasing and sales for retail properties for American Nevada Corp., developer of the 8,400-acre Green Valley master-planned community.
